This Wheel has a multi-purpose groove to both center the wheel during spinning, and further compress the CS for more bloodflow.

Each wheel is just 1.5 inches wide to give you the support necessary, without taking up too much room when the wheel is stored. Since the wheels are self centering, they don't need to be large (like the flat wheels are).

8x wheels here are a good compromise between size (not being too large) and still providing a comfortable transition from wheel to wheel.
